We are an artisan mobile wood fired pizza oven company that aims to produce high quality pizzas. We take pride and care in every step of our journey to deliver food to hungry humans.
By making our pizzas fresh to order and using premium quality British and Italian ingredients throughout our menu our intention is to sell produce that is a pleasure to eat.
We have found no better flavour than a pizza cooked from a wood fired oven. There has been extensive taste testing! The combination of heat, smoke and cooking time give a truly unique flavour.
As a team we are committed to using locally sourced ingredients where possible; in tandem with using food that is in season, in order to use the freshest ingredients available bringing maximum flavour.
Based on the traditional neapolitan style; our mobile oven is seriously hot, once fired up she can cook your delicious pizza in under two minutes. This unique combination of heat and speed give our pizzas a truly authentic wood fired flavour that is impossible to find anywhere else.

There are a lot of different variants to making great fresh dough. Such as the amount and type of flour, whether you use yeast or a sourdough starter, the temperature and the humidity. Thankfully we've got it covered to so you don't need to worry.
Our dough is made with Italian Tipo flour; which is finer than normal flour, this gives incredible texture to our lovely bases. We mix in a percentage of semolina flour to give our pizzas an authentic Italian flavour.
We use untreated oak that is a from a sustainable source.
At every step of our journey we are committed to using the best possible materials and this is particularly important when burning wood.
Our oak is seasoned for a minimum of two years.
